Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with cross-functional teams for laser product design

• Partner with product teams to innovate laser solutions

• Define engineering execution plans from product requirements

• Resolve manufacturing challenges in high-performance designs

• Collaborate with engineers to validate system performance
Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Photonics or a related discipline

• At least 8 years of experience in photonic systems

• Deep knowledge of silicon photonics

• Proven track record in collaborative engineering environments

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
