Lead the charge in backend digital execution as a Timing Closure Expert us on ASIC STA and collaborate in developing revolutionary photonics technology in a flexible work environment.
Lightmatter is actively seeking a skilled Physical Design Timing Engineer to contribute to its innovative AI infrastructure. This role is perfect for experienced professionals with a minimum of 12 years in Physical Design, specializing in timing constraints and closure. Work seamlessly with leading engineers to navigate complex timing problems and enhance system performance in cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive STA sign-off for flagship photonics products
• Collaborate to integrate timing methodologies with various teams
• Analyze and optimize power and performance trade-offs
• Run full-chip STA and project timing across scenarios
• Document insights for future project improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• At least 12 years of experience; 5 in ASIC STA
• Knowledgeable in Cadence or Synopsys tools
• Skills in scripting languages such as TCL or Perl
• Proficient problem-solver with clear communication skills
