Senior Building Performance Engineer

This full-time, in-office role involves engaging with Ontario's healthcare, commercial, and institutional clients. You'll lead commissioning projects, evaluate HVAC and Building Automation Systems, and develop technical recommendations that enhance building performance. Your expertise will directly impact energy consumption and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead commissioning projects for new and existing buildings
• Perform HVAC and BAS analysis for optimization
• Conduct site investigations with various stakeholders
• Develop engineering reports and commissioning plans
• Mentor junior engineers and manage client relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• P.Eng. registration in Ontario or eligible
• 7+ years of building consulting engineering experience
• Strong HVAC and commissioning experience
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence
