Advanced Process Control & Optimization Delivery Lead (R )
Join our Process Optimization Delivery Team! The Advanced Process Control & Optimization Delivery Lead plays a critical role in delivering high-impact optimization solutions across complex industrial environments. This position combines technical leadership, customer engagement, and delivery excellence to ensure successful implementation of Advanced Process Control (APC) and optimization solutions.
Responsibilities- Support sales teams in identifying, quantifying, and presenting complex process optimization opportunities to customers.
- Develop high-quality technical proposals for process optimization across industries such as LNG, fertilizers, gas processing, refining, and olefins.
- Lead delivery teams during project execution to ensure technical success and high-quality implementation of solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME), advising product teams on industry use cases, ideation, and feature development.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and customers to drive adoption of AI/ML-based optimization solutions.
- Stay current with emerging industry technologies and innovations, and share insights across engineering and services teams.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical development support to global subject matter experts.
- Promote a safe working environment and drive compliance with quality, safety, and EHS standards across all activities.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience implementing Advanced Process Control (APC) and/or optimization solutions.
- Experience and strong interest in data-driven and machine learning-based optimization models.
- Proven ability to lead technical implementation of APC and/or optimization projects in complex industrial environments.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior-level decision-making.
- Experience working in operating plant environments or similar industrial settings.
- Extensive experience engaging and communicating with senior executive stakeholders.
