Be part of the Electrical Systems Integration team and lead technical projects aimed at optimizing existing and future electrical systems. Your responsibilities include evaluating and approving engineering changes, proposing advancements, and testing system integrations. Collaborations across multiple disciplines and effective communication with stakeholders will be vital in this role, along with mentoring less experienced engineers in best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive technical enhancements for electrical systems onboard
• Approve engineering documentation for electrical changes
• Innovate solutions to reduce costs and improve performance
• Conduct trade studies regarding new technologies
• Mentor junior team members in electrical engineering principles
Requirements:
• Degree in electrical engineering (bachelor's or master's)
• 15+ years in aircraft electrical integration roles
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
