Arcadis is in search of a Structural Design Engineer with 4-12 years of experience in the field. You will engage in seismic analysis and inspections while mentoring junior engineers. This pivotal role involves working closely with diverse teams across multiple disciplines and providing expertise in structural design software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of structural projects

• Conduct site reviews for compliance with design and codes

• Prepare project documentation and attend coordination meetings

• Mentor junior engineers and lead peer review sessions

• Perform quality assurance and quality control activities
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Master’s advantageous

• Minimum 4 years of structural design experience

• P. Eng designation in Ontario essential

• Expertise in structural software such as SAP
2000

• Effective communication skills in English
