As a Civil Engineer-In-Training, you will be part of a dedicated team at Mott Mac Donald. This role involves preparing designs for roadway and municipal infrastructure projects while providing guidance to junior team members. Your efforts will support successful outcomes across various civil engineering disciplines, enhancing both client satisfaction and project quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review civil engineering designs collaboratively

• Prepare packages for grading and stormwater management

• Provide mentorship to intermediate and junior staff

• Coordinate with utility agencies throughout project delivery

• Implement civil engineering principles in various projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering;
Master’s is an asset

• 3-5 years in civil engineering focusing on relevant projects

• Registered as Engineer-In-Training or eligible

• Technical proficiency with engineering design tools

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
