Cost Advisor - Civil Infrastructure Projects

Your role will include preparing detailed cost estimates and optimizing procedures to enhance project delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preparation of cost estimates at design milestones

• Coordinate with other estimating disciplines for project accuracy

• Conduct probabilistic simulations for project contingencies

• Develop cost loading frameworks for project schedules

• Assist in project procurement and report presentation
Requirements:

• At least 10 years' experience in civil estimating

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Familiarity with AACE guidelines and best practices

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical estimating software
