Position: Full-Time Energy Engineer Position
Humber Polytechnic seeks a dedicated Energy Engineer to enhance our energy efficiency efforts at North Campus. This full-time role emphasizes your skills in energy systems and project management to implement sustainable practices.

In this pivotal position, you'll support Humber's commitment to climate action through innovative energy solutions across our campus facilities. Your responsibilities include identifying efficiency improvements, managing energy-focused projects, and collaborating with operations teams. As an Energy Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing systems that promote energy conservation and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and recommend projects for energy savings

• Lead project management for energy efficiency initiatives

• Analyze operational data for building optimization

• Create visual tools for monitoring performance

• Engage community and stakeholders to promote sustainability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferable with P. Eng.

• At least 5 years in energy analysis or building systems

• Expertise in HVAC design and operation principles

• Familiarity with building automation systems is an asset

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data
