Infrastructure Project Controls Coordinator

Kenaidan and Murphy are looking for a Project Controls Coordinator to work on the Bloor-Yonge Capacity Improvements Project in Toronto. Engage in project scheduling and cost analysis to boost transit efficiency.

In this role, you will aid in the development and management of project schedules while closely monitoring performance metrics for the heavily utilized Bloor-Yonge subway hub. With 3-7 years of experience in project controls, you will work with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring accurate reporting and facilitating effective change management processes. Your effective communication will aid in coordinating project meetings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing development of project schedules

• Collect and validate project performance data

• Aid in cost control and budget forecasts

• Prepare progress reports and dashboards

• Monitor project milestones and performance indicators

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Project Management

• 3-7 years of project controls experience
