As a Senior Structural BIM Technician, you will leverage your 8+ years of experience to create and manage intricate 3D BIM models. Employ Revit, along with your knowledge of structural engineering, to ensure quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration across teams will be essential as you coordinate between multiple disciplines for successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop structural modeling from conceptual designs
• Maintain project BIM standards throughout development
• Execute clash detections and troubleshooting coordination
• Conduct detailed reviews of modeling accuracy
• Facilitate quantity extraction for project estimates
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in structural design
• Proficient with Revit and knowledgeable of BIM workflows
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in English;
French language skills favored
• Interest in emerging 3D modeling technologies
