Mechanical Design Engineer at S&C

In this onsite role, the Mechanical Designer will focus on developing detailed drawings and design packages for crucial electrical systems. You will utilize your engineering knowledge to create solutions that adhere to standards while collaborating with multiple departments. This position requires creativity and an understanding of mechanical systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Vista manufacturing production drawings

• Design mechanical assemblies in 2D and 3D

• Create custom engineering change orders

• Analyze and recommend designs for efficiency

• Support manufacturing and final assembly processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

• 3–5 years of related design experience

• Skilled in 2D and 3D design software

• Familiar with electrical standards and regulations

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
