Position: Product Design Engineer for Mill Liners
ME Elecmetal is seeking a Product Design Engineer to enhance mill liner solutions within our global team. This role emphasizes engineering design, reverse engineering, and collaboration in a mining context.

As a Product Design Engineer, you will support our Mill Liner Products & Solutions business. This position involves designing new components using advanced CAD and conducting wear analysis to optimize product performance. Collaborating closely with field teams and customers will be key in transforming collected data into actionable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mill liner components utilizing CAD modeling

• Analyze wear patterns to recommend product enhancements

• Collaborate with teams for customized technical solutions

• Support and evaluate point cloud data from field scans

• Partner with regional teams on new product initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in BC

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical design experience

• Proficiency in CAD and PDM systems

• Basic understanding of metallurgy and mechanical systems
