In this key role, you will bridge R&D and process engineering to advance Cyclic's Hub and Spoke technologies. Your expertise in chemical and hydrometallurgical engineering will enable you to translate pilot results into commercial designs, optimizing future production plants. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers and enhance the engineering capability within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead new process technologies from lab to commercial implementation
• Develop understanding of core unit operations using engineering principles
• Identify technology gaps and opportunities for innovation
• Support laboratory and pilot test programs through design and analysis
• Validate process performance during commissioning and operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 4–8 years in process development or related experience
• Strong background in hydrometallurgical processes
• Proficient in process simulation tools
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
