Qualcomm DFT Engineer

Position: Qualcomm DFT Engineer Role
Drive digital innovation at Qualcomm Canada as a DFT Engineer, focusing on high-quality testing and cutting-edge electronic systems design.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing DFT strategies, ensuring maximum test coverage while collaborating closely with product teams. Your expertise in automation, verification, and silicon bring-up will play a crucial role in enhancing production yields and product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define comprehensive end-to-end DFT strategies including ATPG and JTAG

• Conduct pre-silicon verification and optimization

• Script automation processes using Python or Tcl

• Work closely with teams to resolve design timing issues

• Assist in silicon bring-up and drive yield improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum 2 years of hardware engineering experience

• Experience with DFT tools and methodologies

• Knowledge of MBIST and LBIST architectures

• Ability to write automation scripts
