In this senior position, you will oversee a team of CQV engineers and specialists. Your responsibilities will include providing technical guidance for cGMP process equipment and managing various qualification deliverables. This role focuses on leadership and mentorship, ensuring timely project completion aligned with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of CQV engineers

• Provide technical guidance on commissioning and qualification processes

• Direct the development of qualification deliverables such as IQ, OQ, PQ

• Supervise field execution of qualification test cases and protocols

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout project life cycles

Requirements:

• 8+ years in commissioning, qualification within pharma/biotech

• Previous leadership experience required

• Familiarity with cGMP operations and validation processes

• Experience in risk-based approaches is an asset

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical
