This role emphasizes technical design, project delivery, and expanding client relationships. You will mentor junior engineers while ensuring high standards and timely project completion are met through expert oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Electrical Engineering department

• Manage project delivery for electrical building systems

• Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets

• Conduct quality assurance reviews for engineering work

• Design electrical systems including safety and power solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

• P.Eng. designation in Ontario or eligible

• At least 10 years of relevant consulting experience

• Proven project delivery of electrical designs

• In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes and standards
