Avionics Technician for Aircraft Maintenance

Join a critical aviation role as an Aircraft Technician Avionics, ensuring the high performance of sophisticated electronic systems. Ensure aircraft safety and operation while engaging in maintenance and repair of avionics.

As an Aircraft Technician Avionics, you will be responsible for maintaining electronic equipment that enhances aircraft performance. This role includes real-time data support for pilots and functionality of radar, communication, and reconnaissance systems. You’ll also repair systems that manage weapon operations and electrical generation onboard while traveling overseas to support RAF operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pilots with comprehensive battle-space information in real-time

• Maintain aircraft radar, communication, and reconnaissance equipment

• Repair technologies related to weapon armament and release

• Oversee electrical systems that supply power to the aircraft

• Offer engineering support during flight and deployment

Requirements:

• Aged 16-47 and committed to specialized training

• Minimum of GCSEs at grade C/4 in key subjects

• Meet Nationality and Residency criteria

• Pass a fitness test and Defence Aptitude Assessment

• Commit to three years post-training service
