Our client is actively seeking a Radio Frequency Optimization Expert to enhance LTE and 5G performance goals within Nokia environments. Candidates should have at least 5 years of wireless optimization experience, with proficiency in troubleshooting, KPI analysis, and performance tuning. You'll address complex network challenges while collaborating with the East Optimization Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize Nokia LTE and 5G network performance daily
• Conduct KPI analysis to troubleshoot complex network issues
• Perform deep-dive analysis on throughput and coverage problems
• Support trials and deployment of new wireless technologies
• Analyze and tune parameters to enhance network performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in wireless/RAN optimization
• Recent hands-on experience with Nokia systems
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and trace analysis
• In-depth knowledge of RF optimization and network performance
• Ability to resolve complex network performance issues
