Senior Engineer for Process Development

Cyclic Materials seeks a Senior Process Development Engineer to pioneer innovations in the recycling of rare earth elements. Engage in transformative engineering that impacts modern technology.

This role is pivotal in developing Cyclic's unique Hub and Spoke process technologies, combining R&D with engineering to ensure successful commercialization. You will leverage first-principles engineering to establish technical standards for future plants, while mentoring junior colleagues and enhancing the overall engineering team’s capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead process technology development from lab through commercial stages

• Analyze and interpret pilot plant data for engineering decisions

• Design and assess laboratory test programs

• Develop and implement scale-up strategies

• Optimize early commercial operations for efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline

• 4–8 years of experience in related fields

• Expertise in hydrometallurgical process design

• Familiarity with process modeling software
