We are on the lookout for a highly qualified Senior Electrical Designer with a significant background in developing electrical systems tailored for industrial equipment.

Your role will encompass power distribution, motor controls, and PLCs, while also providing mentoring to junior staff. Engage collaboratively across various teams to ensure effective design integration and conduct essential safety analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical design projects for manufacturing equipment

• Prepare and examine electrical schematics and diagrams

• Ensure adherence to Canadian Electrical Code standards

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for cohesive project execution

• Perform load calculations and risk assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

• Licensed P.Eng. with 7-10 years of experience

• Skilled in AutoCAD Electrical or similar

• Experience in PLC/HMI programming

• Proven troubleshooting experience in manufacturing
