You’ll contribute to impactful projects, helping to solve technical challenges and improve the performance and safety of our vehicles. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (
** Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management**), participate in design reviews and validation processes, and support change management initiatives, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of
** root cause analysis of service failures**, but also
** review supplier technical documentation and assist with vehicle modification activities**.

We’ll look to you for:

• Supporting technical problem-solving related to vehicles
• Proposing equipment modifications to improve safety, customer experience, and reliability
• Participating in design reviews, project planning, and quality assurance activities
• Completing root cause analysis (RCA) of service failures
• Analyzing data and making actionable recommendations
• Collaborating with different departments to achieve desired outcomes
• Preparing project timelines and producing engineering reports
• Attending and presenting at meetings with customers
• Assisting or leading vehicle modification activities

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Thrives in both team-oriented and autonomous work environments
• Continuous improvement and data-driven mindsetl>
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)
• Experience or interest in reliability engineering
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, CATIA V5)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience (an asset)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

The expected compensation for this role is 23 CAD - 27 CAD per hour.
