Mott Mac Donald is seeking a Communications Systems Design Lead to manage engineering and integration activities. You will play a significant role in project delivery, developing designs and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with clients while mentoring junior staff and engaging in business development opportunities to expand our Canadian operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead communication systems elements of project delivery
• Manage system design, specifications, and testing plans
• Provide technical input for client requirements and contracts
• Oversee communication systems design for project bids
• Develop and implement Systems Engineering processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering/Science, preferably Electrical or Systems Engineering
• 15-20 years in communications systems design
• Professional Engineer designation in Ontario or BC
• Experience with various communications subsystems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
