In this critical role, you will develop, refine, and maintain geological models that support mineral resource estimation and exploration targeting. Collaborating closely with mining engineers and geoscientists, you’ll integrate complex datasets to create accurate 3D interpretations that enhance exploration decisions. This is a senior role requiring extensive experience in geological modeling of mineral deposits with at least 8 years in related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize geological models for resource estimation

• Evaluate new drilling results and geological risks

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on resource models

• Mentor junior geoscientists in technical practices

• Prepare technical reports and recommendations

Requirements:

• P. Geo designation or equivalent experience

• Bachelor's degree in geology or geological engineering

• 8+ years in mineral exploration and modeling

• Proficiency in Leapfrog, ioGAS, and QGIS

• Ability to travel to project sites as required
