About the Role
Reporting to the Studies Manager, the Project Engineer will support the delivery of mining project studies across Torex’s growing portfolio. The initial focus will be the Los Reyes Project in Sinaloa, Mexico, with additional support provided to projects at the Morelos Complex as required.
You will serve as a key technical interface between Torex and external engineering consultants. You will review multidisciplinary engineering work, support mine design and scenario analysis, and help ensure technical deliverables meet Torex standards and project requirements. You will work closely with internal technical specialists and participate actively in consultant meetings throughout the study process.
This is a new role within a growing projects team. It offers the opportunity to contribute to projects as they progress from studies through feasibility and execution, with the potential to take on broader technical and mentoring responsibilities as the portfolio expands.
