We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support new product introductions, contribute to global manufacturing operations, and help maintain high quality standards across production builds.

This role is onsite, based out of Toronto, ON.

• Methodical problem-solver who approaches challenges with critical thinking and structure.

• Familiarity with failure analysis concepts, root cause analysis, and basic manufacturing principles.
• Ability to document processes, data, and findings clearly and accurately.
• Comfort working with technical tools such as Excel, CAD, or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support supplier and internal collaboration.

• How to investigate manufacturing failures and product defects in a real-world production environment.
• Best practices for data-driven process improvement and quality optimization.
• How to collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and support operational efficiency.
• Exposure to engineering project workflows, including new product introductions and process upgrades.
