Select Tool is seeking an Automation Mechanical Design Supervisor to lead a team of design engineers from concept to commissioning. Strong mechanical design skills, especially Solid Works, and leadership experience are essential.
The role involves mentoring the team, coordinating with electrical/controls and assembly groups, ensuring designs meet customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement across projects. Occasional travel to the USA and Mexico may be required.
