Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role demands a solid background in industrial environments. You will manage Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs, along with troubleshooting production equipment to enhance operational performance. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or significant industrial experience will excel in this challenging position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Allen-Bradley PLCs and electrical systems
• Identify controls opportunities to optimize performance
• Develop and document controls system processes
• Execute projects involving PLC and control systems
• Train Maintenance Technicians to minimize downtime
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
• Minimum 4 years industrial experience or 8 years without degree
• Proficiency in Allen-Bradley systems preferred
• Previous leadership experience an asset
• Background in food and beverage environments is a plus
