Medical Device Extrusion Engineer

We are looking for a skilled engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in medical device manufacturing.

Your role will involve developing and troubleshooting extrusion processes for various complex tubing forms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key throughout product development and production release.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize extrusion processes for high-precision medical tubing

• Set up, operate, and oversee polymer extrusion equipment

• Troubleshoot and minimize defects and downtime

• Maintain extrusion run documentation and regulatory requirements

• Provide training and technical support to production teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of precision extrusion experience

• Knowledge of polymer materials like Pebax and Nylon

• Experience with multi-lumen and balloon tubing

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
