This contract role involves engaging in utility relocations, preparing applications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including municipalities and utility companies, enhancing your project management skills in municipal and civil engineering fields. The position also supports agreements related to utility coordination and assists in construction phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate utility relocations and installations for projects
• Review engineering drawings for compliance and standards
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and project teams
• Maintain utility records and contact lists
• Engage in technical coordination meetings and manage documentation
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4–5 years of utility engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of underground infrastructure
• P.Eng., EIT, or CET certification required
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
