Join Linxon as a Subject Matter Expert in Secondary Engineering, focusing on high-impact energy and infrastructure projects in Toronto, ON. This hybrid role emphasizes control, protection, SCADA, and automation.

As a vital member of the Linxon Americas Engineering Team, you will lead secondary engineering for critical projects, including Air-Insulated and Gas-Insulated substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and more. Your extensive experience will help shape project quality and customer trust, with the potential for advancement into a Lead Engineer role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead secondary engineering for AIS/GIS and renewable projects

• Develop specifications, BOMs, and coordinated designs

• Resolve vendor bid and design issues proactively

• Provide expert SCADA and automation guidance

• Review designs and ensure construction-ready deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 5+ years of related experience or Master's with 3+ years

• Familiarity with ETAP and SEL tools

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Micro Station

• Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) certification
