Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules

• Collaborate with other estimators on cost development

• Validate material takeoffs and construction quantities

• Develop estimate execution plans for major projects

• Prepare detailed labor-force work plans for estimating activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 10 years in estimating roles

• Expertise in hydroelectric and utility infrastructure

• Knowledge of estimating software and scheduling tools

• Strong communication and leadership skills
