You will delve into algorithm development, silicon validation, and diagnostics in a collaborative environment, tackling complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-speed DSP Ser Des features and architectures

• Develop bit-accurate MATLAB models for verification

• Research DSP algorithms for power, performance, area trade-offs

• Analyze performance metrics to identify design limitations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering with 4+ years experience

• Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++

• Strong fundamentals in RTL and digital design

• Proven experience in mixed-signal Ser Des architecture
