As a Senior Estimator, you'll develop and manage comprehensive cost estimates within Stantec’s estimating team. Your experience with multi-discipline projects, from institutional to industrial facilities, will be critical as you coordinate with teams and deliver thorough construction schedules. This role is pivotal for those driven by complex challenges in building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise development of multi-discipline cost estimates

• Develop estimates for architectural systems and building components

• Validate drawings and material takeoffs

• Coordinate inputs from various estimating disciplines

• Interface with clients to ensure clear communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Minimum of 10 years' estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of construction practices

• Experience with software like InEight and Primavera

• Professional certifications are an asset
