WSP is seeking a Lead Engineer to oversee instrumentation and control systems for significant mining and heavy industrial initiatives.
Your role will encompass all project phases, emphasizing collaboration and client engagement. You will leverage your engineering expertise to enhance operational safety and efficiency, ensuring tailored solutions for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement instrumentation and control systems
• Drive project execution from concept to commissioning
• Collaborate with various engineering disciplines
• Lead innovation in process control and automation
• Mentor junior engineers and review project quality
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering
• P.Eng. certification or eligibility in Canada
• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems
• Experience with industrial commissioning processes
