ART Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead the growth and development of our North York (Greater Toronto Area) office. This is a senior leadership position focused primarily on office management, employee development, client relationships, recruitment, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the existing team, expanding the office’s capabilities, and growing ART Engineering’s presence within the local market.

While this is not intended to be a primarily technical or project-delivery role, the successful candidate must have a strong technical or engineering background. This experience will allow them to effectively mentor employees, support technical training, evaluate staff capabilities, understand client needs, and represent ART Engineering’s full range of engineering and consulting services. The Regional Manager will work closely with ART Engineering’s senior leadership, technical managers, and other regional offices to support company-wide growth and ensure the local office operates effectively and consistently with the company’s values and standards.
