By mentoring teams, you ensure the development of in-house expertise while upholding safety and risk management across all phases of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex tunneling design projects from initiation to completion

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to clients

• Help drive business development through strategic proposals

• Manage tunnel alignment and excavation techniques

• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and mentorship
Requirements:

• Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering;
Master’s ideal

• 15+ years’ experience in tunneling and underground projects

• 5+ years in a leadership capacity

• Active Professional Engineers Ontario membership

• Proven strong communication and travel flexibility
