We are seeking a strategic Engineering Program Manager to lead the product development lifecycle for this dynamic division. In this role, you will champion New Product Development (NPD) from initial engineering concept to market execution, bridging the gap between design engineering and a premier global dealer network. You will directly manage a dedicated team of 4 technical professionals (Project Managers, Software Coordinators, and Testers) while cross-functionally guiding broader industrial design and product engineering teams.

Responsibilities
New Product Development (NPD) Orchestration:
Lead the product development pipeline from concept to production implementation. Secure multi-departmental consensus, establish cross-functional milestones, and keep design and engineering teams perfectly aligned.
Dealer Network Technical Advisory:
Act as the primary technical liaison for our established dealer network. Facilitate technical roadmaps, conduct risk assessments, and align on project scopes with partners who manage direct client relationships.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
Organize and document post-launch "Lessons Learned" sessions to refine engineering tools and processes. Coordinate testing/validation activities for product certification and liaise with Specification Software Developers to ensure seamless data flow.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is strictly required.
Experience:
10+ years of overall engineering/manufacturing experience, with 8+ years dedicated to Program or Project Management.
Leadership:
Proven track record of direct people management (prior experience managing direct reports is required).
Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience and proficiency with AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Solid Works.
Industry Background:
Prior experience in Architectural Interiors, Contract Furniture, Construction, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing.
Designations/
Certifications:
P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) status or a PMP/PMI certification is considered a strong asset.
Specialized Software:
Exposure to CET Designer or related specification/space-planning software is highly preferred.
