Qualcomm is seeking a Senior DFT Engineer with over 10 years of experience in complex SoC designs. In this role, you will architect methodologies and flows within an integrated DFT environment. You will also develop automated verification solutions and work with industry-standard EDA tools to enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain DFT flows across business units

• Architect methodologies for SoC and ASIC designs

• Automate RTL for advanced DFT features

• Create automated verification test benches for DFT IP

• Write timing constraints and devise quality control flows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 10+ years of DFT or complex SoC experience

• Proficient with EDA tools from Siemens, SNPS, Cadence

• Strong knowledge in Verilog/VHDL and System Verilog

• Familiar with JTAG and BIST techniques
