In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the entire design cycle of active optical components, with a focus on high-order integrated optical filters. Your expertise will guide the development of tuning algorithms and automated measurement routines, collaborating with the HW R&D team to ensure that stringent performance standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-performance integrated filters and test routines

• Optimize optical devices using advanced algorithms

• Perform simulations for filter designs and conduct automated tests

• Partner with R&D to define module-level requirements

• Establish testing protocols for various environmental scenarios
Requirements:

• MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or relevant field

• 2+ years in industrial photonics testing

• Strong background in optical filter design and analysis

• High-level Python skills for instrument control
