As the Mechanical Lead, you will navigate complex engineering challenges within an owner’s team framework. You will shape the engineering direction of capital initiatives, engaging with external design partners to ensure that all criteria and specifications are achieved. Your responsibilities will span technical reviews, project planning, and mentoring junior engineers, fostering talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead mechanical engineering efforts through critical project phases

• Ensure design compliance by managing external engineering work

• Create and update mechanical specifications and engineering standards

• Evaluate and approve technical design packages and vendor documents

• Enrich junior engineering expertise through effective mentoring
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Professional Engineer designation

• At least 15 years of experience in industrial or process settings

• Proven record in supporting heavy industrial capital projects

• Familiarity with engineering codes and industry standards

• Experience in contractor deliverables and procurement
