As a key member of LRI Engineering, you will utilize your education in Electrical Engineering to manage fire protection projects while applying vital codes and standards. Candidates with extensive experience in large-scale fire safety projects will thrive in this collaborative environment.
Your role may expand to Senior Engineer or Project Manager based on your experience level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design and compliance assessment of fire alarm systems
• Collaborate with contractors for system installations
• Provide expert interpretation of applicable fire codes
• Address compliance concerns in stakeholder interactions
• Document project specifications and financial estimates
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering and P. Eng. required
• 5+ years in fire safety engineering and project management
• In-depth knowledge of building and fire safety codes
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under competing priorities
