Lead Signaling Engineer at WSP

WSP is seeking a Senior Signaling Engineer to provide leadership within the Rail & Transit team. You will define engineering processes, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex signaling solutions. Your experience in Rail Systems Engineering will be vital in ensuring safe and reliable rail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and analysis of rail signaling systems
• Review and approve signaling specifications and design documents
• Provide technical checks for signaling and circuit designs
• Develop compliant signaling schemes with industry standards
• Mentor junior engineers to support their professional growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• P.Eng. license in Ontario or eligible for registration
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Rail Systems Engineering
• Demonstrated expertise in conventional signaling systems
• Strong knowledge of rail industry codes and standards
