Xanadu is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to work closely with various engineering and operations units. In this role, you will be responsible for translating test strategies into comprehensive plans, ensuring design integrity, and coaching the team on best practices. Your expertise will bring testing procedures to manufacturing processes, while incorporating Design for Manufacturability (DfM) and Design for Test (DfT) methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate test strategies into detailed, comprehensive plans

• Implement best practices for test documentation

• Coach teams on methods and protocols

• Ensure accurate DfM and DfT integration

• Conduct root cause analysis for continuous improvement
Requirements:

• BSc in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of systems engineering experience

• Proven expertise in documenting complex test plans

• Familiarity with DfM and DfT methodologies

• Experience with model-based systems engineering
