Structural Engineering Role

Toronto Structural Engineers is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to work on residential projects, specializing in design and inspection. This hybrid position allows flexible working arrangements while meeting project demands in the Greater Toronto Area.

As a full-time structural engineer, you'll conduct thorough structural analyses and create CAD drawings for various residential constructions. You’ll also perform on-site assessments to ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code, collaborating with both clients and construction teams to deliver tailored engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed structural calculations for projects

• Review and prepare engineering drawings with CAD

• Inspect sites for structural integrity and compliance

• Design retaining walls and framing systems

• Verify screw pile installation and other engineering tasks

Requirements:

• P.Eng license in Ontario required

• 4–15 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Strong knowledge of local building codes

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle access
