As a Lead Stress Engineer, you'll be instrumental in managing aerostructures engineering activities for aerospace programs. Your responsibilities will include leading technical stress analysis, validating designs, and coordinating deliverables with both customers and offshore teams. The role calls for comprehensive knowledge in aircraft structures, project tracking, and stress report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead stress-analysis and project coordination efforts
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and engineering teams
• Conduct structural substantiation and prepare stress reports
• Track and manage project timelines for on-time delivery
• Lead technical discussions regarding design modifications
Requirements:
• Proven experience with classical and Finite Element Analysis
• Strong understanding of aircraft structural integrity
• Experience in project coordination and engineering
• Background in commercial or business aircraft programs preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer engagement
