Ontario Senior Engineer - Water Projects

This role within the Water group calls for a Senior Structural Engineer who will oversee structural designs for wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, and other key projects. You'll be responsible for mentoring junior staff while ensuring high standards in engineering practices. Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges and drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive structural designs for water-related projects

• Make informed decisions on complex engineering issues

• Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams

• Supervise junior engineers and offer leadership

• Analyze and ensure compliance with relevant design codes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering required

• 12+ years of relevant experience in environmental engineering

• Proven seismic design capabilities for various structures

• Strong English communication skills for effective presentations

• Registration or eligibility for registration in the US is a plus
