Onsite Senior Electrical Designer Role

In this position, you will oversee the design, detailing, testing, and commissioning phases of custom electrical projects, reporting to the Engineering Manager. Your experience in PLC & HMI programming, motion control systems, and the ability to produce high-quality documentation will be vital for project success and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of electrical control systems tailored to client needs

• Develop and modify electrical drawings based on various projects

• Generate Bills of Materials and oversee component sourcing

• Program and troubleshoot PLC & HMI systems across platforms

• Manage compliance with ISO and safety standards

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or diploma specializing in Electrical Engineering/Technology

• 5+ years of ownership in electrical control system design

• Proficient in PLC & HMI programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)

• Experience with servo and VFD-based motion controls

• Strong skills in AutoCAD Electrical and equipment integration
