This role necessitates a wealth of experience—at least 15 years—in developing steel and concrete structures for municipal and MTO projects. Your responsibilities will include analyzing designs, preparing specifications, and conducting inspections, while maintaining compliance with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead bridge design from conceptualization through construction

• Complete detailed calculations and structural evaluations

• Mentor junior staff and review engineering outputs

• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction in project delivery

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams throughout project life cycles

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Must hold a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation

• Minimum of 15 years' relevant experience in design

• Expertise in structural analysis software like Midas

• Strong written and oral communication capabilities
