In joining our Sustainability + Building Performance team, you will facilitate high-performance building designs by conducting vital analysis and supporting certification processes. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients and professionals to reach ambitious sustainability targets governed by industry standards like LEED and Fitwel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to diverse projects across Canada and the U.S.

• Collaborate with project teams on design integration

• Oversee project timelines and deliverables

• Conduct research on sustainable products

• Manage green building rating systems effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant area

• 2-5 years experience in sustainability roles

• Knowledge of LEED Rating Systems or commitment to obtaining certification

• Proficient communication and attention to detail

• Understanding of current sustainability developments
